By using an Easy Print kiosk you agree to the following.

Service. Easy Print prints the document you send, in the options you choose on the screen, after payment is confirmed. Prices are shown on the kiosk before you pay.

Your documents. You confirm you have the right to print what you send. We do not review content; we do not print material that is illegal in the UAE.

Payment and refunds. Payment is taken before printing. If the printer fails after payment and the job cannot be completed, staff will reprint or refund the job on request with the payment reference shown on the screen.

Your files after printing. Files are deleted from the kiosk computer once the job is complete. Where Easy Access operates its document service, a copy of each file sent by WhatsApp or email is passed to that service, which reads identity and business documents (such as an Emirates ID, trade licence or tenancy contract) to record their expiry dates, and discards anything else. Files themselves are not kept after reading.

Renewal reminders. By accepting these terms on the kiosk you agree that Easy Access may contact you, on the WhatsApp number or email address you sent the file from, before a document you printed needs renewing. You can withdraw this at any time by writing to the address below; we then stop contacting you and delete the contact details we hold.

Data. Documents and sender details are otherwise handled as described in our privacy policy.
