What Easy Print is
Easy Print is a self-service printing kiosk service operated by Easy Access Management Consultancy (Dubai, UAE). You send a document to the kiosk (by scanning a QR code, by WhatsApp or by email), choose print options on the screen, pay, and collect your printout.
What we collect
The document you send, and — depending on the channel you use — the WhatsApp number or email address it came from, plus the print options and the payment reference. We do not ask you to create an account or share any other personal data.
How we use it
Only to show the document on the kiosk, print it, and keep a record of the job for support, refunds and accounting. Sender details are never used for marketing without your consent and are never sold or shared with third parties.
Document service and renewal reminders
Where Easy Access operates its document service, files sent by WhatsApp or email are passed to it after printing, together with the number or address they came from. The service reads identity and business documents (Emirates ID, passport, trade licence, Ejari and similar) to record their expiry dates, discards anything it does not recognise, and does not keep the file itself after reading. With the consent you give on the kiosk, Easy Access may contact you on that number or address before a document needs renewing. Because the sender is not always the document's owner (a parent, an office PRO), the contact is stored as the sender of that file, never as the identity of the person named in it.
How long we keep it
Documents are deleted from the kiosk computer once the job is complete and, where the document service is used, once it has received the file — normally within a day of printing, immediately if you cancel. A copy may be kept in our company OneDrive storage for accounting and dispute purposes. Job records (date, pages, amount, sender contact) are kept for up to 13 months; expiry records and the sender contact are kept while the document is valid and for the reminder period after it.
If you use WhatsApp, your messages and attachments are processed through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. We only receive the files and the number you send them from; we reply only within that conversation.
Your rights and data deletion
You can ask us to delete your documents and sender details at any time. Email it@easyaccessdxb.com with the date, branch and the number or email address you used, and we will confirm deletion within 7 days.
